The Stäubli DuraDock Vision transmission module is versatile. With its BNC connection, it reliably ensures signal transmission. The module is easy to handle, as its bayonet lock enables coaxial cables to be connected quickly and easily. The DuraDock Vision is designed so that it can be integrated into both existing systems and new automation systems.
It offers extended possibilities in analogue and digital image processing as well as in signal and data transmission. The DuraDock Ultra module is available for all Stäubli robot tool changing systems with 10-2500 kg payload.
DuraDock Vision: Transfer modules for camera applications
The DuraDock Vision module is characterised by a low VSWR value, which ensures reliable and effective signal transmission. Thanks to its small dimensions, it is one of the most compact modules of its kind, which minimises the space required and improves installation flexibility, allowing it to be rotated by 180° and enabling it to respond flexibly to different installation conditions.
Areas of application for the DuraDock Vision module are
The DuraDock Vision module offers maximum reliability and compatibility for signal transmission. Equipped with BNC connection technology, it supports a stable connection for the transmission of image signals. Both analogue and digital image and video signals can be processed. The module is compatible with RG59 standard cable, one of the most widely used coaxial cables, which is known for its reliable signal quality.
The module can be mounted in various positions on the base unit and can also be configured to rotate 180° in two directions, allowing for versatile connection routing.
