The Stäubli Executive Committee comprises the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Presidents of the four Divisions – Electrical Connectors, Fluid Connectors, Robotics and Textile. With expertise and a shared commitment, the Stäubli Executive Committee is dedicated to driving innovation and achieving sustainable growth.
Gerald Vogt joined Stäubli in 1998. Following different positions in the Robotics Division in Faverges (France), Duncan (South Carolina, USA) and Bayreuth (Germany), he was named as the Stäubli Group Chief Executive Officer in 2021.
Roger Schnüriger was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2023. His previous experience includes serving as group and divisional CFO in the medical device sector, with earlier financial leadership roles in both Europe and Asia Pacific.
Franco Delvecchio joined Stäubli has Electrical Connectors Executive President in 2008. Before taking on this role, he held management positions within Electrical Connectors in both Italy and Switzerland.
Lionel Caillat was appointed as Fluid Connectors Executive President in 2024. Prior to his position at Stäubli, he served as Vice President / General Manager of Fire Europe, Middle East and Africa at Honeywell HBT.
Christophe Coulongeat joined the Stäubli Robotics Division in 2018 and became the Robotics Executive President in 2021. He has extensive experience across industries and has worked in France, Austria, the United Aarab Emirates and Switzerland.
Bertrand Leroy joined the Stäubli Textile Division in 1996. Following various positions in the Jacquard Business and the Textile management team, he was appointed Textile Executive President in January 2020.
