Stäubli has three production sites and six sales agencies in France:
- The main site, located in Faverges near Lake Annecy, turned 120 in 2020. With more than 1,700 employees, it bundles the three great pillars of activity and their principle functions.
- Stäubli Lyon, with its 250 employees at the Chassieu site, designs, produces and markets electronically controlled jacquard machines, which allow the weaving of jacquard fabrics in conjunction with a weaving loom. The harnesses ensure the connection between the jacquard machine and the loom.
- Stäubli Electrical Connectors SAS, based in Hésingue in Alsace since 1978, designs, produces and markets plug-in electrical connectors and connection systems. This site with 110 employees is also the railway competence center in the Electrical Connectors division.
- With its six agencies (Île de France, North, South, East, West and Rhône-Alpes), Stäubli Raccord France strategically chose its office locations to provide its clients with the best products and services in terms of quality, performance and lead time.
