DuraDock Ultra: Ultrasonic signal transmission

The DuraDock Ultra is a high-frequency transmission module with SHV (Safety High Voltage) connection and was specially designed for the high demands of ultrasonic applications, such as ultrasonic welding. It is available for all Stäubli robot tool changing systems with 10-2500 kg payload and ensures a reliable electrical connection.

With its compact and space-saving design, the DuraDock Ultra helps to maximise the robot's freedom of movement, leading to increased efficiency and production flexibility.

DuraDock Ultra: High-frequency transmission module with SHV

The DuraDock Ultra module is characterised by a compact and space-saving design that was specially developed for Stäubli's robot tool changers. This design minimises the interference contour and promotes the robot's freedom of movement, which can increase efficiency in complex automation tasks.

The robust aluminium housing makes the module both lightweight and durable, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial environments. 

The DuraDock Ultra can handle rated voltages of up to 3500 VDC at a current of 10 A, which also allows the operation of state-of-the-art systems. The integrated RG 58 standard cable ensures a reliable and efficient connection.

The DuraDock Ultra module fulfils the requirements for reliable industrial transmission quality. Mainly used in ultrasonic welding, where high-frequency transmission waves are generated.

The DuraDock Ultra module offers voltage transmission of up to 3.5 kV at a current of 10 A and is therefore also suitable for applications with high electrical requirements. The low weight and compact design minimise restrictions on the robot's movement and improve handling and dynamics.

The use of a standard RG 58 cable supports compatibility with standard systems. A robust aluminium housing ensures durability in industrial environments. The module can be mounted in various positions on the base unit and can also be configured to rotate 180° in two directions, enabling versatile connection routing.
