Good outlook for Asian carpet business

Stäubli with its Schönherr Carpet Systems was back on stage: our agent Beijing Shengdisen Science & Trading Co presented the ALPHA 500 series of carpet weaving systems at DOMOTEX asia / CHINAFLOOR. The trade fair took place from 24-26 March 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), where many interesting projects were discussed.

This year’s event had only 50% of the exhibition area of the previous edition. Nevertheless, Stäubli’s presence at the show allowed us to meet customers, welcome valuable visitors, and assess the market situation relative to other carpet manufacturing methods.

Visitors to the booth learned about the great flexibility and broad application fields of ALPHA carpet weaving systems.

Whether rugs or wall-to-wall carpeting, including pile and loop applications, for private homes or high-traffic areas such as hotels, office buildings or transportation, the ALPHA 500 series includes models that are ideal for weaving many different binding technologies and design effects.

DOMOTEX asia / CHINAFLOOR 2021 was an exceptional opportunity for carpet weavers and industrials seeking to take advantage of the latest technologies for enhancing their carpet weaving operations.
