The ALPHA 500 SINGLELOOP carpet weaving machine is especially well-suited for production of loop and flat carpeting as area rugs or wall-to-wall carpeting for the residential, contract or transport sectors. The weaving machine stands out by virtue of its operational stability and very high productivity; three times higher than on a wire loom.
Its basic setup features reduced space between the double grippers as well as a specific pull-out device, by means of which the auxiliary weft required for loop formation is removed already during the weaving process. The advantage of this feature is that the mill can produce the finest loops (2mm) and thus carpets with very low weight.
