Manni’s challenges & Stäubli’s solution

Manni needed to thermoregulate the trays of a foaming plant in which polyurethane insulating panels are produced. They were looking for a solution that would:

• Keep the trays continuously at the right temperature to ensure the quality of the final product.
• Eliminate errors and improve operational safety. 

To address these challenges, Stäubli designed a customized multi coupling solution that would allow trays to be automatically connected to the various glycol water feeding stations. 

Staübli worked hand in hand with Manni and their production line integrator, Cannon Group, to integrate the solution into their production facilities.
