Compliance with the law, internal regulations and ethical principles is of central importance for Stäubli as a responsible and reliable company. Misconduct must therefore be identified early. Only in this way can we take countermeasures and prevent damage to our company, employees, and business partners.
To learn about violations within the company and to appropriately follow up on reports in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have established an independent digital whistleblowing system. Through this system, employees as well as external individuals can report violations in a secure and confidential manner. This includes, for example, fraud and theft, bribery and corruption, violations of data protection regulations, harassment and discrimination, violations of Stäubli's code of conduct, as well as other internal company policies and laws.
We encourage all whistleblowers inside and outside our company, who observes violations, to voice their suspicions without fear of retaliation. Our whistleblowing system, which is managed by an external and neutral partner, ensures this, and provides maximum protection to whistleblowers, affected individuals, and parties involved in investigating the reported violation. This also includes the option to report anonymously.
We investigate every report. The investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality and fairness. Detailed information, including the exact process of making a report, can be found in the FAQ section of the whistleblowing reporting channel.
The whistleblowing system is available to you below:
