Strong innovation at six locations

Deeply rooted in the tradition of weaving machinery manufacturing, our Chemnitz site is an integral part of Stäubli's Textile division. Today, our site has established itself as a central hub for parts logistics, international shipping and the assembly of carpet weaving machines. Around 25 employees with expertise in production, assembly, quality assurance, logistics and administration bring a deep market understanding, rooted in years of experience. Our Chemnitz site's history dates back to 1998 with the acquisition of Schönherr, once East Germany's largest weaving machine producer.

The competence center for Test & Measurement of the Electrical Connectors division in Essen is our worldwide hub for testing and measurement technology. Our broad expertise is reflected through our departments such as sales, purchasing, HR, accounting, controlling, engineering, quality assurance, scheduling, production control, product and process management, IT, logistics and production. We are a multicultural site, with around 200 employees from over 20 nations. Founded as HCK in 1952, incorporated into Multi-Contact in 1994, the Essen site has been enhancing Stäubli’s portfolio since 2002.

In Hamburg, Stäubli specializes in manufacturing high-quality fluid connectors. As a production site with its own development capabilities, we are specialists in detachable connectors for industrial fluid handling, emphasizing maximum safety for people, the environment and materials. Our team is composed of almost 100 employees across various departments of production, logistics, purchasing, quality assurance, production planning as well as quality management, sales, human resources, finances, IT and development. Founded as Roman Seliger in 1904 and integrated into Stäubli in 2018, we stand for quality and precision in fluid connectors. 

Our site in Sulzbach-Rosenberg houses our development and production expertise for mobile robotics. About 120 specialists advance our portfolio of automated guided vehicles for industry and production logistics across departments, including project management, sales, marketing, supply chain and production as well as research and development, service, finance and HR. Our site integrates research, development and production under one roof. The site has been a part of the Stäubli Group since 2018, evolving from its origins as a blacksmith's workshop in 1918.

Weil am Rhein stands out by its innovative strength in the Electrical Connectors division, particularly in welding automation and e-mobility onboard. Over the past years, we have established ourselves in the automotive industry. Around 150 employees span departments such as production, supply chain with logistics and purchasing, sales, marketing and project management, development as well as HR, finance and IT. Serving as the TriRegio central warehouse, we are a key logistics hub for both the border triangle and the wider Stäubli Group. Founded as a Multi-Contact branch in 1962, we have been part of Stäubli since 2002.
